Dark and Light
Our tired old bathroom was outdated and cluttered, and we knew it needed a serious renovation to bring it up to date and to suit our lifestyle. We’ve gone for a simple minimalist style through the whole house and felt the bathroom should be an extension of that. We wanted a strong look that wouldn’t date and fittings that would still be working well in 10 years. We chose the dark brown and white because the contrast gave a dramatic touch and although it’s distinctive it’s still neutral, so we can change the accent colours to get a different look when we want it. The large tiles make the room seem bigger and the narrow ones in the shower are another use of opposites that add interest and tie the look together. We saw just what we wanted at a Reece showroom, and their help and advice were invaluable. We’re thrilled with our spacious new bathroom with its clean lines and striking finish.
